avi file question

when i play the file it says '你試圖播放的檔案延伸檔名與檔案格式不符，播放此檔案也許會做成無法預期的行為' and i cannot play the file.
so, can someone help me to solve this and play the file?

1、DOWN啲DIVX/XVID CODEC試下~~

2、改個延伸檔名TO WMV/MPEG/......etc.

3、有可能個檔已損壞
