小弟好耐冇踢過波~想練番d腳力番黎~有咩方法練到番黎? 射下牆會有幫助^^ 踢爛哂屋企d櫃或者試下用腳舉啞呤:naughty: 每day-跑沙灘30分鐘 或 跑樓梯10層來回1粒鐘(一上一落為一組,3組後Break1-2 mins)每day-兔仔跳200下,(50下Break1-2 mins)

你射到果籃球好似足球咁既速度,咁你踼番足球時射既波就會好似阿祖安奴咁:good:
