there should be an extra pop up just below your Internet Explorer address bar by the time you see this error message l5?Y \x8Ms/W

^SaBZ,b6w_ right click that pop up and choose "allow"7H5Zt1m/{9N

fn,H a^-A8^ then you can see the active x item
