[原創] 使用不同油煮食,對食物營養有什麼不同的影響?
煮食時,豬膏、粟米油、椰油、芥花子油、雞油、花生油、棕櫚油、橄欖油,它們含有:(1)飽和脂肪;
(2)單元不飽;和
(3)脂肪及多元飽和脂肪 的含量,對我們的健康產生什麼影響呢?
它們當中哪些是好的食用油?哪些剛好相反呢? 好:芥花子油,粟米油,棕櫚油,橄欖油(單元不飽和脂肪多)
唔好:豬膏,椰油,雞油(飽和脂肪多)

橄欖油先係最健康wo~(除左唔用油之外) 椰油都好差,其他植物油都ok

基本上用咩油既脂肪都係差唔多
只不過唔同既係, 每一種油既脂肪既物質係健康與否
而橄欖油既脂肪物質係比較健康啫 我們家都用植物油和葵花油
