超好味scramble egg既做法~
材料:蛋 - 兩隻
奶 - 兩至三湯匙
鹽 - 少許
胡椒粉 - 少許 (建議用粗粒)
牛油 - 兩茶匙 (用microwave整溶左先加落d egg mixture度)
**** 我覺得用microwave 整係最好食, 因為炒會太油同埋唔夠滑
做法:
同普通scramble egg一樣, 將所有野溝埋一齊, 然後加溶左既牛油, 跟手用一個microwavable 既container擺入去, 分三次度"叮", 每一次十秒八秒左右, 每一次都囉出黎搞一搞先再擺入去, 叮到你覺得得岩岩熟就可以享用喇~~~
鐘意既話可以加tomato or ham~ 加溶左既牛油會香D,但我冇得叮... 我想問係咩來@@?? scramble 是攪拌的意思,像家常菜”蕃茄炒蛋”的那種炒蛋,就叫做scramble egg。 唔加奶有冇問題,我好怕的奶味 only睇食譜我驚會整死好唔似...可唔可以post張相關食物ge相出黎呀...比大家有個樣本睇下都好呀 wawa...that is good ar...i love eating scramble egg...especially eat with white bread =] i think more 鹽 n pepper would be better ~!~!!~ [quote]Originally posted by [i]hold_find[/i] at 2006-7-23 01:37 AM:

d牛油放落碗度, 隔水煲 又或者放落熱/暖水度 "坐" 熱舊牛油

: i do not agree, because microwave is not a cooker, just a heater only...
