想問下有幾多人識劏蟹同埋鍾意自己買番屋企煑,鍾意點煑法‧‧‧‧‧ 唔識3{2H PO ^P$UiT E)C不過中意用辣椒炒蟹
不過窩氣好重要 蟹拍開佢就煮得,一係斬哂手腳煮,i like 羗葱炒~ 我最鍾意就係買大隻既紅蟹(約兩斤)番黎就咁清蒸,佢啲肉係可以甜到連豉油都唔使點,而且大紅蟹好乾淨,可以就咁用刷洗一洗就可以拎去煮,無乜泥‧‧‧‧‧青蟹就麻煩好多,肉蟹同蓔蟹都要劏,洗得好淨先可以拎去煮‧‧‧‧‧但個人偏向用蒸既方法多過炒,覺得正好多‧‧‧‧‧‧ 我老竇識 我識劏.1qF,W l(rt
個人推介: 蛋白蒸蟹, d 蛋白吸晒蟹汁又滑, 一d 蟹精華都無浪費.
