● 8 薑 : 薑一腐爛便要丟棄。
生薑只要有一部分爛掉,便要整個丟棄,不可將爛掉部分切除,留下好的部分用,因當生薑腐爛時,薑體內便會產生很強的「黃樟素」,黃樟素吃進體內,會造成肝細胞病變,嚴重影響健康,故只要薑一有腐爛,便要丟棄,不要因小失大。
