糖心蛋
相信大家都試過用水「洽」蛋,不過大家又識唔識「洽」到糖心呢?即係蛋白熟,蛋黃有小小生咁!
我個人好鐘意糖心蛋,所以做過萬七咁多次實驗,有左個結論!
一隻普通size既雞蛋如果沸水落既話,「洽」五分鐘零三十至四十五秒就最好食嫁啦!
