製作
1. 溶牛油 。&^mSp)}C

2. 將蛋及糖打起至輕身(好似平時煎蛋咁),加入自發粉及吉士粉 。Ft3a6[7m+o

3. 加入奶、牛油打勻 。
4. 放混合物於器皿中,隔水大火蒸30~40分鐘。
