咕嚕肉
咕嚕肉材料: 豬肉200克
菠蘿片2片
青椒1隻
紅椒1隻
酸甜汁:
糖2湯匙
茄汁2湯匙
醋2湯匙
水5湯匙
製法: 1.將豬肉清洗,抹乾,切成件2.5厘米厚‧調味後,醃約20分鐘‧
2.將青椒、紅椒清洗,去籽,切成角。
3.將菠蘿切成件‧
4.將酸甜汁在碗內拌勻‧將蛋汁攪好‧
5.將豬肉沾上蛋汁及粟粉‧
6.炸至全熟‧
7.倒去炸油,在鑊中燒熱1湯匙油,炒青椒、紅椒約1分鐘‧加入菠蘿及酸甜汁,炒至濃稠‧熄火‧
8.加入已炸豬肉,炒勻,上碟‧
調味: 豬肉調味料:
鹽1/2茶匙
胡椒粉少許
口急汁2茶匙
生抽1茶匙
豬肉上粉:
蛋1/2隻
粟粉2湯匙
