薑蔥手撕雞
簡介: 夏天可將手撕雞放入冰箱,口感冰涼,雞肉嫩滑,實為醒胃菜餚之首選。而用人手將雞肉撕成長條而食之,別有一番風味。材料: (二人分量)
新鮮雞 半隻
薑 4片
蔥 2條
紹酒 2湯匙
鹽 1茶匙
生抽 2茶匙
麻油 1茶匙
製法: 1. 雞洗淨,用紹酒、鹽、生抽和麻油塗勻醃一小時,再鋪上薑和蔥,隔水大火蒸 25 分鐘至熟,待。
2. 用手將雞撕成雞絲,再排在碟上即可。
