食譜 清酒煮蜆
鍾意食蜆既朋友,不妨試下,唔係好難整材料:
大蜆
清酒 (百X等超市有賣)
木魚花
大蒜
鹽
胡椒粉
做法:
1.大蜆要以鹽水浸,等佢吐沙;大蒜要切絲;木魚花用熱水浸透
2.燒熱鍋落少許油,落蒜絲爆香,加少許胡椒粉
3.清酒湯 - 加進木魚水,少許鹽,略加清酒,煮滾後落蜆,轉猛火,放蓋
4.清酒湯再滾時,打開蓋,除去未打開的蜆,連湯上碟,完成

一般係街市見到果d.....如撈起時會噴水代表生猛
通常我買一斤左右,$14-16左右,二人世界有餘
