食譜 急凍八爪魚 難度:十分易
製法超易,但好惹味材料:
急凍八爪魚兩小舊,大約$7.5,係街市凍肉舖有賣,通常係得下半身,冇左上身內臟乾手淨腳唔駛煩
醃料:
鹽,胡椒粉,酒少許(建議用日本清酒)
醬汁:
豉油(一湯匙夠,多左會超咸) , 橄欖油(大約3-4湯匙),蒜蓉,糖少許
煮法:
1.先將八爪魚沖水有助解凍,解凍後再洗乾淨,等略乾身後可加醃料醃一陣,備用
2.燒熱煱,落油,油不要太熱,爆香醬汁,加八爪魚炒,炒至肉轉白不見透明等一會就成

呢味菜因為炒香左先至惹味,正如鐵板燒一樣,
凍食效果未必理想,不過各人口味不同,你可試下 真你幾易喎......我感覺生少少.流下流下咁好正

放心,八爪魚生少少係冇問題
