the person who drop him is waiver #2
and i know that the person who holds waiver #1 won't pick him up
so do i wait till he is clear then pick him up?

if waiver#1,2 want to pick up that player, then you got no chance
unless they do not, as you are waiver#3, you have the chance to get it
if you wanna wait and pick up till the player's status change from waiver to free agent, you may lose it if waiver#4,5,6..... pick up that person
i hope you would understand
P.S. please make sure the player is worth pick, otherwise your waiver ranking will become the last and waste the chance to pick up waived players in the future

oh... if u waiver rank 3, the only ppl that can get it infront of u is rank1 and rank2.
Since rank 2 is the person who droppd it , he can't use waiver to pick a player he just dropped
If rank 1 doesn't take him, then ur 100% will get it if u used waiver.
Is he worth it ? I can't decide unless I know who he is
