Windows Installer Problem

當我一執行.msi，如install office 2003等，會彈出一視窗:
應用程式正常初始(0xc0000142)失敗。請按一下[確定]終止應用程式。

請問是甚麼地方出了問題?

your "msie_ec.e_e" file got problem, check if it iis your window or on the CD
   "_" = " x "
