Digital Cam, which brand is better??

I want to buy a digital cam, which brand is better in terms of quality, price and features?? pls suggest, thx.

For Good DV Cam. Sony is the best or you may try Canon, Other brand, panasonie, JVC, etc is not balance in function and picture quality.

我首選得兩部1)Nikon 2)Canon...
