跑步點換氣
我一開始跑就鼻吸吸口呼呼跑左大約5分鍾度就頂唔順 開始用個口係咁大呼大吸
請教巴打點改善 I same as you ar !

how to solve this problem ? 我慣性全用口....X8W)x3] uG1o
吸一下呼二下..... Don't go too fast at the beginning, just try to breath slowly. But most importantly, try to jog at a most comfortable rate...practice makes perfect. 我習慣跟步伐..I.VqS/sQ+A3Y6@ qL
吸兩下 (第一下淺, 第二下深) 記住用腹式呼吸, 會吸多d氣
