目的係控制非歐盟球員既數量.....
聽聞有特殊情況都可以獲得通過,如:非常有潛質既新星.
好似MU都試過咁樣上訴成功,係Anderson?

Chelsea's pre-season preparations continued with another victory over an impressive Bluewings team.
José Mourinho will be pleased with the clean sheet, and eyecatching performances from Lassana Diarra, filling in at right back, and John Mikel Obi and the energetic Shaun Wright-Phillips in the second half.
The front three of Robben, Malouda and Drogba looked dangerous throughout their 45 minutes together, and pose the manager serious questions as to his starting eleven.
Bluewings threatened on several occasions, with their fast, counter attacking play creating space for their wide players, but Chelsea's strong defence stood firm. Paulo Ferreira will be particularly pleased at getting through much of the game after missing some training earlier in the week.[/color]
