掌上壓問題
做左之後個土好難頂''點解既 睇唔明你出咗咩問題??你係咪想話做完掌上壓之後出現腹肌疼痛?
如果係的話我想知你做咗幾多下?每日做幾多次?本身有無做開運動?動作有無錯?
乜都唔知其實幫唔到你
其實當你練完肌肉後出現疼痛係一件好事,代表你train到果個位,係d肌絲撕裂咗所以會疼痛,但身體會自己修補,復原後比之前會粗d壯d

因為冇咩可能會做到腹痛

咁就好似就快支持唔到咁 我對做運動好有心得,但係做掌上壓個肚點會痛架:confused::confused:
做SITUP就會痛,真係唔知道你點做,根本冇咩野可能會痛喎:kicking::kicking: 唔夠力的人會用埋腹部的力量 因為你做push up 時身體由chest 到腳理論上要保持直, 咁其實都train 到腹部..... 咁咪疼law
仲有如果你骨架吾夠橫, 而做過厘既push up, 你既chest muscle 會集中係前面發達, 咁個身形會吾balance, 我以前就狂做push up 攪到個chest 大過啲女同學..... 講笑啫

咁我想問,,我原地跑40mins,,踎低起身100,,,隔日做,,一開始d肌肉好緊,,,而家乜感覺都無,,
咁係咪做落去都無效果..?
