bX8}O0@_.W8t I think you are absolutely correct in doubting this question.  If I were in the top management, I would go and ask the presenter what exactly the statement means.  It sounds like the statement is talking about the quality of the images of each programme, but as you can see the statement, the information refers directly to the quality of the programme instead of the image.  You are very good in picking that one out :good::good::good:.
