我係學泰拳:)其實玩"掌上壓"根本就冇咩野指定動作,都唔知道點解o個個post D人會有咁多理論:haha:我師父只係同我講做"掌上壓"可以練到D咩野,對身體邊D部位有幫助:)例如張身體向前傾就可以練到上半部手臂嘅肌肉:),張身體向後傾就可以練到背肌:)張身體同手臂成90度角就可以練手臂下半部嘅肌肉:)
真係好難講得清楚,希望你明我講咩野啦:haha::haha:
