做掌上壓之問題...

唔知大家有冇呢個經驗, 做完掌上壓既時候,無論做得點平衡 , 
隻右手硬係累過左手?

咁樣會唔會代表我做得唔正確呢?

你一定係右手用力多過左手嫁

你重心傾向左手咁練咪得囉

我平時都係盡量將兩隻手壓到岩岩90度

然後殷住離伸直

咁樣受力會平均d

Sorry , maybe I was too concentrated on reading all of their suggestions and comments , so I forgot to reply .

Thank you very much for you guys' advice and encouragement , I have read it carefully  , and I truly appreciate it .


And for my question concerning the uneven distribution of exhaustion between my two arms after doing push-ups , I would like to know one more thing , would it affect the muscular development of my arms ?

之前有版友話右手累過左手係正常 ,亦有版友話可以改善 ,  但我想知如果我長期做掌上壓都係右手累過左手, 會唔會有咩壞影響?? 譬如 , 搞到我右手過份粗過左手.. ?

只會練到你隻右手好大力

而大隻就"唔多會"囉

唔會有太大既改變


你做掌上壓

其實都係練緊"持久力"昨嘛

又唔係練"爆炸力"

咁樣何來會令到隻右手變"大隻"

你應該集中用胸既力,而唔係用手力!

yes, just want to make sure you are alright, happy and enjoy in here.
I don't play basketball for ages as I am older and I am concentrating on refereeing in soccer nowadays.

But I shot a lot when I was younger, .. saying 10 years ago....

也是經你們提醒才知道掌上壓是練胸的..以前一直也以為是練手臀...實在是多謝你們的提醒!!

掌上壓叫push-up,其實又名chest-press
因為主要係用胸大肌的力
想練手臀的話用啞玲練效果會顯著d

恕小弟無知,我每次做完掌上壓後,手腕也會痛楚。是否我用力不當?其他大大會否如此?

因為個關節受力,你試下拳上壓或指上壓,手腕應該唔會痛啦... 不過仲辛苦...

掌上壓不單只係練胸!!!仲一定可以練手臀力量!!!:agree::agree:
你試諗下,如果你體重60KG,你每做一下掌上壓,相等於你要負60KG嘅重量去出一拳,日子耐左,你手臂一定會好大力:good::good:
P.S 你日日做掌上壓胸肌自然會大,複肌自然會實,背肌自然會強,手臀力量必定會加強,自不然成對手線條都FIT晒:):)如果你想再FIT D就去跑步,跑步可以練氣&練耐力:):)

我想感到輕微痛楚是正常的 , 因為做掌上壓會令手腕受壓 , 壓到神經線, 自然會有痛楚的感覺。我平時做完掌上壓後也會這樣。但若做完後手腕痛楚難當的話 , 就很有可能是姿勢不正確, 或是做得過量了 , 應該找健身導師, 體育老師或家庭醫生予以糾正。畢竟我不是專家, 我想你還是應該找專業的人來問問的好, 希望我的一點意見能夠幫到你啦。
