Absolutely agree with the temperature difference in the sub-stations and outside.  Even Iron-Man would get sick by going in and coming out of the station continuously.  About the environmental issues, Hong Kong cannot really set the temperature at 25.5 Celcius.  It's not the same hemisphere as in North America, it's colder there.  They should really consider the conditions before applying the regulation on the "sustainable" temperature.  When I first heard that every company and public facility should set the air conditioning to 25.5 C, I was shocked at Mr. Tsang's decision.  Was he drunk or not in his right mind?:eek:
