[font=標楷體][size=5]1860 年[u]英法[/u]聯軍當年入侵[u]中國[/u], 搶劫得來的[u]圓明公園[/u]12生肖鼠首和兔首銅像，輾轉流落到已故時裝設計師聖羅蘭（Yves Saint Laurent）手上。他的同性伴侶貝爾熱（ Pierre Berge ）決定拿出來拍賣。這促使[u]中國[/u]的「追索圓明園流失文物律師團」委託「歐洲保護中華藝術聯合會」，向巴黎法庭申請禁制拍賣。 結果當然輸了更加要向法國法庭支付罰款，真 on9。:photo:

:yy08: 樓主歷年來開的話題中, 這個topic是最搞笑和最不令人反感的一個! Think of it this way. The current PRC Government took over from the Tsing Dynasty just because they wanted the assets of the Imperial Family back then. The statue doesn't even belong to the PRC Government. If it has to be returned to somebody, it would be the descendants of Pui Yee. And, if the PRC Government can just take it back, then the British Museum would have to return all its exhibits to Greece, Italy, Egypt etc and the world would be chaotic.
