NBA Playoff Breakdowns [East]

Cleveland Cavaliers vs Chicago Bulls
Honestly this isn't much of a series. I know the two tied the season series 2-2 but Chicago beat them once in November when the Cavs didn't have Antawn Jamison yet, then again just last week when LeBron didn't even play so that counts for almost nothing. Joakim Noah is fired up and has the will to win, but so does LeBron. After hearing criticisms about how LeBron sat out despite being healthy, I'm sure he's angry and will destroy the Bulls to get more rest before the second round. I'd love to say "bring out the brooms", but I want to give Derrick Rose a chance.

Prediction: Cavaliers in 5

Orlando Magic vs Charlotte Bobcats
"Defense wins championships". Everyone has heard of that quote. The Bobcats are number one in defense this season but against Dwight Howard, I don't think they have a chance. Nazr Mohammed and Theo Ratliff are no match for Superman. With Vince Carter being himself a few years back and shooters like Jameer Nelson, Rashard Lewis and Matt Barnes, I don't think the Bobcats will be able to respond with just Stephen Jackson and Gerald Wallace. The Magic just have too many weapons to throw at them. Now is the time to bring out the brooms.

Prediction: Magic in 4

Atlanta Hawks vs Milwaukee Bucks
This series would've been great if it weren't for Andrew Bogut's injury. The Hawks have Horford and Josh Smith on the boards and can out-rebound the Bucks every game by a lot. The Bucks don't really have many weapons with Bogut out of the lineup, but the Hawks have two All-Stars (Johnson and Horford), the probable 6th Man of the Year (Jamal Crawford), defensive stud (Josh Smith), a great bench, playoff experience and they're playing great basketball. For the Bucks, John Salmons will have to play like a superstar: scoring, being aggressive, getting Hawks bigs into foul trouble. I'd like to "fear the deer", but I'm afraid of birds more.

Prediction: Hawks in 5

Boston Celtics vs Miami Heat
I think this is going to be a long series. The Celtics aren't playing great, Miami are playing well, but Wade will have to carry a lot on him. The main factor for the Celtics is Ray Allen. Is he going to be shooting the ball well? I think it's safe to say that Rondo will be playing amazing, Paul Pierce has been playing like he did when he won the Finals MVP in 2008. Celtics are 11-1 against Miami in the last 12 games, including 3-0 this season.

Prediction: Celtics in 6

I think Wade and the Heat can upset the Celtics

Not bad, I got 3 teams out of 4 (Hawks-Bucks not over yet) with 2 correct number of games.
