no demand, how come to those supply?
if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go
1) open a company or R]$[6Z7i
2) get promotion[t%Z Q^ N}j/bH2R P
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.=" 人工係會(分好耐)慢慢提升，不過會一下就會下墮啫！
