當然唔會。不過運動飲品就會,因為唔少市場上既運動飲品糖份都係超高,卡路里又唔低。所以如果係做運動keep fit既板友,做完運動飲水好啦。

係呀。我每日如果無野做,都會走去打波。多數會食完晚飯先至落去。
