曼聯問題主要在中場!!!
很多人說曼聯門將不穩引致今季成績差, 但從失球數字上看, 僅比冠軍車路士差, 因此我覺得曼聯問題主要在中場, 對前線球員支援不足, 入球數字是自超聯成立來最低(由平均每場2.0 球跌致不足1.5球), 往往對弱旅得了形勢卻變和或負, 對強隊時中場給比下去(兩負AC是最佳例子).從中場陣容來看, 除少了碧咸外, 和九九年三冠王時期大致相同, 老化情況十分嚴重, 看來除了門將外, 重組中場刻不容緩, 否則難和車仔,阿仙奴抗衡, 遑論逐鹿中原.

傳曼聯欲斟迪莊
據報曼聯有意於今夏收購阿積士中場迪莊。
該名二十歲球員合約到二零零六年才屆滿，不過曼聯已遣出球探觀看他四月中替阿積士擊敗飛燕諾的賽事。
該仗阿積士以三比二勝出，迪莊射入一球。
不過阿積士營運總監雲伊頓表示：「我們甚至不會為他而開價，球隊不願意將他出售。」
「新教練白蘭特的意思是，他是球隊重要一員。」
不過有指迪莊和阿積士之間的關係相當緊張。
