NO Glazer

Glazer Increases United Stake



Malcolm Glazer has revealed that he now owns 97.3 per cent of shares in United.

The announcement comes after shareholders were given until 15:00 BST on Monday afternoon to sell their shares to the American tycoon for £3.00 each.

Although that offer has been extended until 15:00 BST on Monday 27 June, Glazer now owns a total of 257,906,287 shares, representing approximately 97.3 per cent of the issued share capital of United.

In order to take full control of the club and indeed buy the remaining stock, Glazer's bid vehicle, Red Football, must increase its stake to 97.6 per cent.

It is currently 204,504 shares short of reaching the total it needs to force remaining shareholders to sell.

或者因為曼聯再無英超班霸呢個壓力啦，踢落會順d...
如果有睇過今季曼聯對阿仙奴果場足總盃決賽
可以預見朗尼同c朗拿度下季表現會十分搶眼
