[size=4][color=Red][b]俱樂部財政陷入困境 套現8000萬美元打造新曼聯？[/b][/color][/size]
冠軍杯小組賽出局，且連足協杯資格都沒撈到，再加上Vodafone不久前解除了球衣贊助合同，現在的曼聯財政已經陷入了困境。針對這一局面，老板格雷澤打算在近日賣掉自己非體育方面的股份，以套現８０００萬美元（約５６００萬英鎊）用於曼聯重建。
１２月１０日，格雷澤家族已經通過旗下的控股公司Ｚａｐａｔａ，以每股６．７０美元的價格拋售了歐米加蛋白質公司的部分股份，最終賣出指標將達到６０％。此外，Ｚａｐａｔａ還準備轉賣其擁有的生產安全氣袋的公司——安全用品國際。
大部分媒體都猜測Ｚａｐａｔａ公司在瘋狂套現後，資金流向目的將是奧脫福德。由於曼聯目前急需巨資搜羅歐洲頂級球員，儘快恢復球隊的競爭力，而類似招數格雷澤早在坦帕灣海盜隊的身上便已用過。
格雷澤家族最近在投資方面流年不利，不僅歐米加公司因為卡特里納和里塔兩次颶風損失慘重，而且坦帕灣海盜隊也因為最近兩個賽季戰績不佳，將在本賽季末參加降級附加賽。由於格雷澤在收購曼聯時，曾向美國套利基金貸款２．７５億英鎊，如果他無法按期還款，曼聯俱樂部的部分股份有可能被套利基金控制。不過格雷澤的發言人表示：“格雷澤家族並未對目前曼聯的債務水平感到擔憂。”
雖然曼聯主教練費格遜至今還沒有遭到解雇，但最近已有消息傳出，執教荷蘭燕豪芬和澳洲國家隊的希丁克將在明年夏天入主奧脫福。希丁克的經紀人在１０日的一番表態，更增加了費格遜在明年夏天下課的可能性，“希丁克總是對來自歐洲頂級俱樂部的召喚很感興趣，曼聯當然也在此列。”希丁克的英語水平非常出色，雖然他同燕豪芬的合同要到２００７年夏天才到期，但他的經紀人話裡有話地說：“希丁克在本賽季結束前不會離開。”

其實係荷甲競爭程度唔太高
尤其是中下游球隊既後防真係幾垃圾下
至於澳洲其實每屆都唔係無實力，係成日無尾運
今屆可以話正常實力加翻適量運氣啦
另外南韓世界盃成績好，好大程度上係地利（主場）加人和（球證）
以上不是抹殺希丁克既功榮
而只係單從最後結果而評論佢功力會有不準之嫌
所以分析翻客觀環境後
希丁克係咪真係強至可帶領曼聯到新高潮都係未知之數
補充一句，我係幾希望希丁克帶到機動d既踢法俾曼聯
佢最俾到信心我既，是有力帶領燕豪芬入歐聯四強

都好難分辨真假~~
黎mu教波不是好位置,之前費sir太多功績,
後來者壓力可想而知~~
其實曼聯最主要問題相信係錢,
美國佬方面根本比唔夠資金"費sir"收購.....
所以"費sir"唯有放棄.....
現在美國佬再次注入資金,
希望有得傾啦.....
不過英國方面曾經傳出另有富商對曼聯有興趣,
正聯同"簡大帝"等曼迷會組織追擊美國佬....

Rio Ferdinand admits the team's pride was dealt a hurtful blow following their Champions League elimination in Lisbon last week, but, contrary to what some critics may believe, the defender insists all is not lost.
The 27-year-old is the first to concede that United's lack of precision in front of goal has cost them dearly this season, not least against Benfica when failure to score a second goal cost the Reds a place in both the Champions League knock-out stages and the UEFA Cup.
Nevertheless, Ferdinand maintains that the continual creation of goalscoring opportunities will eventually lead to a change in United's fortunes.
"It's not all doom and gloom and we're still upbeat," he told ManUtd.com at the launch of a special educational DVD, 'Everyday United' which encourages people to build physical activity and sport into their everyday lives.
"We put on a decent performance against Everton and had enough chances to win two games but it wasn't to be. [b][color=Red]We are doing the best we can but things have not been going along the right lines for us, especially at home. [/color][/b]
"Maybe the criticism is blown out of proportion but it's part of being at a massive club.
"It's been a tough few days because going out of Europe is never easy," he conceded. "We have the capabilities to be in the next round but you are never given anything in this game.
"We've got to become more clinical, defend as a team and ensure we get some consistency to our football."

"Nobody wants to go out at any stage, let alone the group stages - that was the most disappointing thing. But this is a time for us to come together.
"We know people are looking at us to see how we'll react. We didn't get a great result against Everton but there were at least a few positives to take out of the performance.
"If we weren't creating chances and we looked like we weren't ever going to score then we'd have something to worry about.
"But in the majority of our games we've created chances especially in the league; we just haven't been able to convert them. That's been story of our season so far, we've created chances but not really capitalised on them."
United have the chance to re-ignite their title charge on Wednesday night when they entertain Wigan for the first time in their history.
"We have the capabilities to be in the European knock-out stages but you are never given anything in this game."

"They've surprised people this season," says Ferdinand. "They've got a lot of experience and have a number of internationals in their side so we won't be taking them lightly.
"Their biggest strength is their team spirit and I'm sure they'll rely on that in the coming months."
Ferdinand believes the Reds must put together a consistent run of form in the league, only then can United think about pushing Chelsea for the title.
"We need to get our own house in order before we can think about Chelsea," he said. "We've got to become more clinical, defend results as a team a lot better than we have been doing and ensure we get some consistency to our football.
"A club like United hasn't got time to endure periods of change and getting used to situations.
"You've got to get into things straight away, there's no time for waiting. That's probably the hardest thing for any club to achieve and that's the situation we're in at the moment."
