事件:本人帶同兩小孩往M記進食M記雞翼套餐,要了一杯加大汔水,但兩小孩嚷著要分杯飲用,故即時向ROGER增取一紙杯。
回覆:有關交易己完結,如要取杯子的話,要從新排隊。

該M記大堂經理看到客人在ROGER之Counter前走來走去,即向ROGER查詢有關事情,及後並將ROGER調入厨房,繼續工作,並三緘其口,若無事發生。

(1) 大堂經理查詢事件後,應協調客人與Counter同事之磨擦及對客人有所解釋。

Be fair, both the staff and the manager did not handle properly. Make your complaint for them to improve if you still think you would go there.
