do u think it is necessary to open up a new area/board just for novel? as many novel flooded this board, and i can see more of them are on their way here.
I enjoy reading these novels but some how, i feel 每日一篇好文區 lost the original meaning due to these novels. Thx

Dear Jubi,
yes, i definitely agree with u, i'll make few 置頂lists, one for the great 4 old books, one for sherlock holmes, one for other novels in the coming weekend, and hopefully this will solve the problem coz i think new short essays can push the novels downwards...
and as you know, there might not be much novel after this "period" coz there isn't that much sources available, maybe after a few weeks, other brothers will have finished posting all those famous novels, and then this board may back to normal again:)
dun worry, i' think the same as you, and i'll try to keep a good balance between short meaningful essays and novels:)

Actually I do not think the "novel era" would end in a short time. 衛斯理 have more than 100+ book, even they finish posting 衛斯理 & 金庸, there are still many 原振俠,古龍,黃易,亦舒 etc......
Another thing is, if u do not 置頂 these novels, such as those 衛斯理 & 金庸,they are going to sink very fast and hardly come back to 1st page again as there are very little chance of ppl reply to those topic. so may b the new members hardly know the existence of these topic when they are pushed to page 10+. Also wasted the hard work of the posters.
If u dont want to open a new board for these novel, please consider the following idea:
have a 置頂 topic, let people post the link of these novel.
such as

今次用中文, 也許小弟英語表達能力太差~.~
1) 有關小說, 其實版規中有註明各類小說均可貼於本區, 會員願意分享是EF之福, 當然短文也是好文版的支柱, 故小弟定必全力為兩者取得平衡, 不會忽略任何會員的付出:)
2) 如Jubi兄所說, 小說沈底速度快, 所以小弟於之前的回應提及了開置頂topics, 分為名著, 福爾摩斯, 衛斯理, 各類小說等, 在topic內link到每篇小說的版面, 如此可以做到新短文在1st page, 小說又能易被找尋, 就如Jubi兄的提議一樣:)
其他加分細則, 置頂設立等問題會在本週末更新並向大家發佈, 請耐心等待:)
最後, 要再多謝Jubi兄的提議及長期對好文區的支持及愛護, 希望Jubi兄應繼續跟大家分享好文, 並希望新的安排可以令大家滿意, 有任何意見可以於這裡留言, 小弟必盡快回覆:)

有感於置頂的四大名著,最近來看，四大名著置頂了，我覺得這樣做法不與論壇本質相貼切，「每日一篇好文」 所發文章應該對應「每日」這個時效性，應具有一日內的完整性（原創其外）和讓人眼前一亮的新鮮感，長篇舊文 可以發，但並不應該鼓勵和推廣，加5分就可以，多加分遠遠沒必要，置頂更不必,好比娛樂版發圖，遍地皆是的圖片，再經典也不應該鼓勵。
四大名著，從小學就開始讀過的書，基本家家都有幾套，書是值得尊重的，但轉貼的人不值得高捧,這樣會誤導大家認為名著長篇是是置頂必備,加分捷徑，
今天看到有人發金庸的「射鵰」，呵呵，看來是受置頂那幾部書所誘惑，相對四大名著而言，我們拋開歷史價值，那麼金庸的書對我們這一代人的影響面，和可接受度要遠遠強於四大名著，如此推算，沒有理由不置頂不加分，那麼，古龍，梁。溫，等等等大作也沒理由不置頂,他們寫的書真的就不比日本或外國偵探推理小說的差。
如此以往，「每日一篇好書」就應該改成「合集區」了而且是那咱舊腐合集區。
試想下通篇置頂著在任何網站輕鬆一搜就有幾萬個鏈接「名著」，歷史厚重感有了，滄桑有了，但卻絲毫體現不出論壇，「每日」和「一篇」視角的獨特性，更沒有與時共進新鮮，和卓然於大眾的品味,這不應該是本區的發展方向，或者說版主應該加以疏導分流，在沒變質前有所做為。
我開始後悔轉貼「亂世佳人」了，雖然它的世界知名度，超過四大名著，或列車謀殺案，但太大眾，太俗了，太體現不出我們年輕人青春氣息了,和獨到目光，但值得慶幸的是那帖子沒加分，沒置頂，不然我真的很慚愧。

好文區宗旨向來是為EF版友帶來有益的讀物, 希望大家明白不少EF版友非熱愛看書之人,
EF之好文區其中一個成立目的是方便版友於睇相同時, 可以到好文區看看有沒有適合自己的讀物, 慢慢陪養閱讀興趣
好文區亦以把任何有閱讀價值的文章帶給版友為目標
至於評分方面, 可知道貼那些長篇需要不少時間及心機, 小弟並不認為加分太過份..
況且小弟一向認為分數不代表一切, 只是對版友的鼓勵..
而且好文區是EF加分較鬆寬的一版相信大家不會不認同吧, 因此150分一部名著小弟不感到過份....
加上長篇下沈快速, 不少貼文朋友根本可能不會得到回覆, 好文區能為他們提供的動力就只有加分...
jennifer兄的亂世佳人未加分, 只因小弟想於整理版面後再為長篇文章加分
最後, 小弟希望這話題到此為止, 一切待新安排後再作討論

首先我肯定，此篇題目雖然煸情了些，但內容尺度掌握很好，絕對算不上H文，所以才發於此區.
