Italian league does not count goal difference when the points are equal between two teams. They have to play a play-off game (probably home and away).

Still don't understand why Hiddink exchange Bouma for a forward and use Cocu as central defender.
Cocu just shoot 1 goal before the exchange and he shoot another goal at last minutes. They have won the Holland League and why don't just defend more carefully and wait for Extra time?
In this match Ancelotti sure wins Hiddink as he exchange Tomasson for seedorf and want to score 1 goal to avoid the extra time (they don't want to use up energy before fighting with Juventus next match). And finally AC score and finish PSV! Nice job Ancelotti!
