How to make the computer download more file at once with IE?

well I am trying to DL file from website but they won't let me use DAP or getright and IE only let you DL 2 at once. Is there anyway to increase that number?

Internet Explorer 6 同時最多只可以下載兩個檔案，
按下修改可同時下載多達十個檔案
在〔開始〕→〔執行〕→鍵入〔regedit〕→〔HKEY_CURRENT_USER〕
→〔Software〕→〔Microsoft〕→〔Windows〕→〔CurrentVersion〕→〔InternetSettings〕
在右邊窗口增加下列兩個〔Dword〕值
〔MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server〕數值資料為〔0000000a〕即十進位〔10〕
〔MaxConnectionsPerServer〕數值資料為〔0000000a〕即十進位〔10〕
重新啟動電腦生效
