yes,i went to gym but many years ago,it costs 300 a month
so expensive.Now I only 練下啞鈴at home and drink somey%sI.?@(Cd"p

I am very strong now and have big mouse(maybe cat) on my arms. i [|!n9E-H
啞鈴is about 10 kg.And I used to see Bodybuilding competition.
I live in TsuenWan,there is one called Physical and costs only $30007G)HF:L&P
for two years. and i also stick some muscleman posters on the wallp!u2~ }Pd
and look at them while training and listen to music.
use the muscleman as a target you will work harder.i3nWz {NQ y4yv
