for Cavs,
we chatted for this before Playoffs.
The major problem was, they fired Paul Silas.
If you remember what's happened in late March, you will know that when the new owner buy this team, they have been trying to resturcture the team.
But in truth, they fired the wrong man
Paul Silas was a great coach.
And the players lost their momenteum.
that's why they lost everything.
Portland/NY Knicks was another horrible case in NBA too.
They get all the players,
but they never have team chemistry, and co-operation within the team...
what can we say next?

I personally think it's Marbury's fault
He really isn't much of a team player even though he gives out almost 9 assist per game
and he accually kills the chemistry within the team
non of his former teams were successful
but too bad the team runs around him
and Isiah Thomus is licking his ass
