X0AJax#D!u4~5U Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,
.D!|$v.t*x,Rl.eN
mz| C#K 1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! | }h2}Mg-Y(^A
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria. /HP.o){1as"s XH

S%c"Oa BW2y 2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.orJS^
.c+sP#hE
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind.
%|r5b,K~NaF3Sy .m.cc&P9U!Ay~,o
A balance diet, and exercise regularly
U-{(ycEk3z k5iNq ^@,[
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.
;Qg*a/x&B_C O,h o2w1ET`:Ms%Y
For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning.
d~/n{ TK#R s1Z;\ &W#M u!["J,v4~V$de4T
Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
