wow.....are those truth..........thanks for the tips.......
l:LD$Vx?[V+ua

*H6j IU e5r Fn Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, g^"gTu6q!Q;[

J'u4fRYI"N"q 1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! 5e#unA-z_8Bf
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.
/w)H(RAk 5K)r7Nw\hF
2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.Vp? YR6P
`6xX@9Y#Qk V
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. qv!q h0BZ:Y;G2Z
} cd~$F2F#B
A balance diet, and exercise regularly
"Y k x5oT \2q O3m6RAtXjQ
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.3@ Zi5LP2G8p(O

S-Rg+q1@'v&mDO For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. @5X[ Nm J&D(|D
k#_cX I*Z M;N/O
Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.mTV*Ol.o3c
