just eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,
-RQ/ERA jc then go to do gym,and eat more rice.

游水兩小時後, 隔半小時開始, 進食蛋白質或高能量食物. 好有效, 可在增磅之餘而令身體線條更好. 可一試冇壞.....
