P.S. 要吸收蛋白質, 可以多吃豆類, 無咁多脂肪, 不過都要食肉, 因為豆類得Low-Level protein, 唔夠身體用的..

成年人對牛奶蛋白質的吸收很差, 所以飲好多奶唔代表你吸收0左好多蛋白質...雖然我都建議你飲, 因為都係有益的

Whey protein isolate powder that are for muscle builders... easier to be absorbed by your body because it had already been broken down by enzymes.
