小弟想用微波爐整烚蛋

mU$vQ~_8eA 點知係第 8 分鐘個陣, "POP !" 一聲, 隻蛋爆左, D 蛋汁四處飛

因為微波爐入面只有有限o既空氣, 高溫時, 入面氣壓增加令到隻蛋爆開~
i.GdT |] 但係你o係煮食爐上面烚就冇問題喇~就算你蓋上鑊蓋, 空氣都可以由鑊蓋邊緣進出, 氣壓不會增加, 蛋所以唔爆

再用d 熱水煮熟隻蛋, 個道理係咁ga wor~

是可以的,用較大的盒,有600-700cc 的水,可放1-3隻蛋5g;tE2A0c&q.B
有足夠空間給它跳動,用高火,10-15分鐘,監察蛋殼,5ga,AJ {
有烈即停,即使烈開,蛋也是熟的,還可吃
