【飲食天地】蔥油蒸豆腐
蔥油蒸豆腐材料﹕
板豆腐或實豆腐 一塊
乾蔥兩粒
京蔥一棵
豬油(或花生油)一湯匙
頭抽一湯匙
【飲食天地】
作法
1)油大滾落豆腐炸至金黃色待冷
2)乾蔥切片﹐京蔥切段
3)燒熱半湯匙豬油下乾蔥爆至金黃淋在豆腐上
再加上一湯匙頭抽
4)將豆腐隔水蒸三分鐘至入味
5)豆腐鋪上蔥段﹐燒熱半湯匙豬油淋上
PS﹕高膽固醇者勿試
