【飲食天地】蟹柳青瓜沙律
雜果沙律可能試得多,但原來只用蟹柳和青瓜也可以製成沙律,而味道比平時的更加清淡和清新。[color=Red]材料 [/color]
1~蟹柳 5 條
2~青瓜 1 條
3~沙律醬適量
[color=Red]製法: [/color]
1~青瓜去皮,切成幼條;蟹柳撕成幼絲。
2~用吸水紙將蟹柳及青瓜絲的水份吸乾。
3~加入沙律醬拌勻,放進雪櫃冷藏即成。
難度: [color=Red]極容易[/color]
ENGLISH

1~imitation crabstick 5pcs
2~cucumber 1 pc
3~mayonnaise
[color=Red]Cooking Method: [/color]
1~remove skin from cucumber,cut into shreds;tear crabsticks into shreds.
2~Remove excess water from crabsticks and cucumber by using kitchen cloth.
3~Mix well with mayonnaise and serve chilled.
Difficulty: Very Easy
