【飲食天地】鹹魚頭豆腐湯
好多打工仔,平時捱慣夜,加上飲食不均衡,成日食埋食埋好多煎炸食品,虛火上升,仲 會容易發炆憎添!為了你的另一半及家人著想,煲多些“鹹魚頭豆腐湯”下一下火喇!材料
1~ 鹹魚頭 1個
2~豆腐 4磚
3~生薑 1片
製法:
1~將所有材料洗淨;刮去生薑皮,切片。
2~鹹魚頭斬件,燒熱鑊稍煎一會。
3~將鹹魚頭及生薑同放煲內,放豆腐,煲20分鐘即成。

now an english version
Ingredients:
1~head of salted fish 1 pc
2~beancurd 4 pcs
3~ginger 1 slice
Cooking Method:
1~Wash all ingredients. Remove skin from ginger and then slice.
2~Cut fish head into two halves, and pan fry in a little oil until golden brown.
3~Bring some water to the boil put in fish head and ginger slices and boil over high heat for 5 minutes. Then add in beancurd and boil for around 20 minutes and serve.
Difficulty: Very Easy
