how to open rar files that has password in chinese

Can anyone kindly indicate the method of extracting rar files with chinese password.
I seems to have problem, english pass was alright.

you may need chinese version Winrar.

But by using both methods, I am still not able to extract the files.

I tried to use the chinese version of winrar but my laptop donot support chinese langauge. The software is presented in ???? writtings.
