【飲食天地】香煎家鄉薯仔餅

材料:(足三人的份量)
薯仔 2 -3 隻
臘腸 一條
鴨肝腸或半肥瘦臘肉 一條
蔥花 清蔥3條

做法:
1. 將薯仔洗淨去皮,用鉋將薯仔鉋絲備用;
2. 將臘腸及臘肉煎熟起碟備用;
3. 將薯仔混好已煎熟的臘腸及蔥粒,另加入生粉1茶匙混好備用;
4. 用油起鑊,轉中火煎香兩面 (若不見薯仔再流出汁即可)
5. 可享用家鄉獨有的香煎薯仔餅
