飲牛奶,沖暖水,睇書,聽歌,數羊..呢d我都試過,,都係訓唔到5...

因為永遠唔夠訓

不妨係訓之前一個鐘做大量帶氧運動
跟手就食少少野
你會好快訓得著'A D'F.g'_Yk
而且仲好好訓 夜晚瞓唔倒,走去打保齡球,無記套醫生電視劇講的.:lol:
