我成日都失眠牙..

飲牛奶,沖暖水,睇書,聽歌,數羊..呢d我都試過,,都係訓唔到5...Fb8o.p/O5_Pnx"~:i
我唔係好想去食安眠藥牙..大家有咩方法?
