至於幾重或幾多組重量訓練就因人而異
: well.....i have regular swimming training for the past 12 years......
As a swimmer ......I think its a bit fair for me to say that ......we do have Weight training and gym to strengthen our muscle. (we normally do some fitness training befor swimming, then we have gym after swimming)
We only specify weight training on some parts of our body when we need it. And some people do some injection in their muscle to stimulate the growth.
Thats probabaly explain why our muscle may looks strange, huge....floppy but not PACKED..

兩種加強訓練只可到某程度相應,之後便要主其一
加瞬發力,便要高負重或超重一點

泳手一樣會做重量訓練,但只針對會令自己游快d果幾組肌肉。
無錯,重量訓練會成一舊舊的肌肉,但只要游返多d水,d肌肉一樣會有其柔韌性有助游泳和去水。

因為我有時睇swim比賽之前,d泳手鬆下d手腳時,都有d byebye肉喎~ **** 作者被禁止或刪除 內容自動屏蔽 **** 以我讀左幾年既體育經驗.....佢地應該係練較輕而頻數較多既重量訓練......主要練腳同手臂部份..肩部應該練得最少...因為會阻水....睇佢既外型..應該練了腹二頭肌,胸肌,背肌..
