have any method to improve that?? 要慢慢等window自己update的,我剛剛都重裝過都有呢個問題,update之後就無了 becasue you restore to very old version, so need Windows Update before use... usually need how many days to update?? Windows update 1 times okay, but it may take many time. the reason why your computer is slow because the "update automatically" function is turned on by default after you install windowsonce the computer connects to the internet, it will start to connect to Microsoft server and download files(that's why it is slow) after window update, usually need how many days the computer will turn to stable when see video & 上網??
Try the followings
1. 手動 Windows Updates，下載四五次，因為有些下載不能同時進行，要reboot後再進行Updates偵測，直至畫面顯示「安裝更新」建議是0。 [url=http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/updateservices.aspx?DisplayLang=zh-tw]Windows Updates 網址[/url]2. click 入執行，type msconfig，disable一些不常用的「常駐程式」，要reboot。
3. click 入執行「磁碟重組工具」及「磁碟檢查」。
4. [color=Blue]上網下載一些常用的 flash player plung-in, DirectX 9.0C[/color], Windows Media, 選適合你的語言版本。

5. 執行 anti-virus scan、anti-spyware 一次。
6. 手動執行「同步處理」，將背後自動執行減至最低。然後調校網絡選項，history, temp files, background services, auto updates schedule 之類。
7. 手動更新各個程式，但還要容許各個程式自動update最新的drivers & versions。

用另一個日子的config，修復Window！
不過restore/reintall之後，都係要增補番所有updates和drivers, plung-in players,電腦唔識自己做!唔好以為software好易攪，起碼攪兩星期先做番齊所有工夫。
