Because their vision can [b]DISTURB[/b] other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.V E X A$i p
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in [u]HongKong[/u], people dont have this concept at all,,Biy9W@*q| O
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
Therefore I here announce people:
MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
