Because their vision can [b]DISTURB[/b] other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.r0vk"b^:o
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in [u]HongKong[/u], people dont have this concept at all,
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.'Nx5A e-f$z
