Because their vision can [b]DISTURB[/b] other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers. Y5?~'V4@]g jJ
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in [u]HongKong[/u], people dont have this concept at all,3Z'[ ud mTst._
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
