Mind your disturbance to people in public

I found that in the train, people avoid to [b]LOOK[/b] others with [b]curiorsity[/b].1fsBl8r9i
Because their vision can [b]DISTURB[/b] other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in [u]HongKong[/u], people dont have this concept at all,
