HOW TO TRAIN 800m ? train 800mactually if u wanna train any events in track
you should build up your stamia first
then after that you train specific muscle
for 800
there are some simple training program
but if u are new to track
u better start running without stop for at least 6 laps for your target at first
then gradually increase your speed
rmb that you should always running with straight back
and use power of your whole body
i can recommand u a training programe that
run 6 laps per days
check your boody position every 100 m
and whenever when u running on the straight track ( that means 100m-200m and 300m-400m) then speed up at 80% of your speed
800m cant be increased within a short period of time
at least u need like several months to prepare
